I believe women deserve more.
After more than 20 years in nursing across both conventional medicine and holistic wellness. I’ve seen a pattern:

Normalizing exhaustion.

Telling themselves they’re “fine.”
But fine is not vitality. That realization is what led me to nurse coaching.
My Philosophy
Health isn’t just the absence of disease. It’s having the energy, clarity, and steadiness to lead your life well. It’s sleeping deeply. Thinking clearly. Feeling strong in your body. Trusting your rhythms instead of fighting them. My work blends evidence-based nursing with nervous system regulation, hormone alignment, and sustainable daily habits. No extremes. No rigid protocols. No burnout disguised as discipline. Instead, I guide women through my Restore to Unstoppable Method™: Restore → Rebuild → Rise.
A Little More About Me
I’m also a mom of three beautiful girls. And I understand how full and demanding life can be. For much of my own life, even while working in healthcare, I wasn’t taught how to truly understand or support my body as a woman. There was little education around female hormones, cycle awareness, or how our energy naturally shifts over time.
We’re taught to push through. To perform consistently.
To override our signals. Becoming a mother to three daughters changed that. It deepened my commitment to women’s health — not just in moments of illness, but in the everyday rhythms and habits that shape how we feel, age, and live. I didn’t want my daughters growing up disconnected from their bodies. And I don’t want women normalizing depletion. My work is rooted in helping women feel informed, steady, and empowered in their own bodies without extremes or pressure. You don’t need to do more.
You need to do what supports you.
